In the sphere of corporate law, Law firm AVELAN shall:
  • provide assistance on matters of establishment, reorganization and liquidation of legal entities; internal corporate relations of solution of corporate disputes; antitrust legislation;
  • provide legal support of individual corporate actions, namely, at establishment of holding companies or increase of efficiency of management, merge/acquisition, restructuring of business (including management of holding: budgeting of subordinate organizations, financial control etc.)
